I strive to work with diverse individuals and love the challenge of addressing different needs, from managing chronic illnesses to working with D1 elite athletes and everyday individuals seeking better health.

I strongly advocate for a personalized approach to nutrition and fitness, working closely with each client to create a tailored plan that aligns with their lifestyle and goals.

I firmly believe in the power of movement for overall well-being. That's why I created DINAMIC, a playful blend of my name, Dina, and DYNAMIC.

More than just a name, it signifies my philosophy of active, adaptable living. Whether in fitness, dance, or daily mobility, Dinamic aims to inspire and help you unlock your full potential through movement.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the American University of Beirut, a master's in Exercise Physiology from Columbia University, and ongoing studies in the Global Sports Management program at NYU. In addition, I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

I've worked with both professional and collegiate athletes at the University of Connecticut and UC Irvine, helping strengthen both men’s and women’s teams.

My superpower lies in combining biomechanical analysis with strength & conditioning as a full-body nutritional coach.

My fascination with nutritional science was ignited at a young age when I experienced the profound impact of proper nutrition on my athletic performance.

As a runner, I discovered the direct influence of fueling my body and incorporating dynamic movements on how I felt during races and training sessions. This revelation fueled my ongoing dedication to studying the science of nutrition and dynamic movement.
